Duration- 3 months contract
Medicaid Member Support: Handle incoming calls from Montana Medicaid members using a scripted system to provide support on eligibility, benefits, and provider information.
Call Center Operations: Work in a fast-paced call center environment, accurately documenting calls and resolving inquiries per standardized procedures.
Problem Resolution: Research and resolve member concerns related to eligibility status, provider changes (Passport), and claims, acting as an advocate for members.
Policy Compliance: Follow established protocols for call handling, documentation, and escalation as needed to ensure quality service and compliance.
Required Skills: Positive attitude, excellent verbal communication, strong multitasking abilities, and attention to detail including grammar and spelling accuracy.
Preferred Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a medical office or insurance setting, call center or professional office experience, and comfort with data entry and CRM systems.
