  • Process a high volume of data transactions with speed and exceptional accuracy.

  • Research and resolve discrepancies in consumer information using multiple systems.

Job Title- Customer Service
Location- Helena, MT
Pay- $16.50/hr W2
Duration- 3 months contract

  • Medicaid Member Support: Handle incoming calls from Montana Medicaid members using a scripted system to provide support on eligibility, benefits, and provider information.

  • Call Center Operations: Work in a fast-paced call center environment, accurately documenting calls and resolving inquiries per standardized procedures.

  • Problem Resolution: Research and resolve member concerns related to eligibility status, provider changes (Passport), and claims, acting as an advocate for members.

  • Policy Compliance: Follow established protocols for call handling, documentation, and escalation as needed to ensure quality service and compliance.

  • Required Skills: Positive attitude, excellent verbal communication, strong multitasking abilities, and attention to detail including grammar and spelling accuracy.

  • Preferred Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a medical office or insurance setting, call center or professional office experience, and comfort with data entry and CRM systems.

Job Title: Financial Business Support
Location: Pennington, NJ
Pay rate: $27.24/hr W2
Duration: 10 months contract
